Using older versions of Outlook for Mac for personal email and calendar
I agree with the hundreds of comments since 2020. This is an extremely important feature. I need to know how many Emails are in my inbox . Please bring back the status bar.

In the latest update of Outlook for Mac I can no longer see a count of the number of emails in my inbox. Is there a way to get it back?

Please please PLEASE RESTORE THE STATUS BAR ON MAC!
Thanks.
This function is available in the Windows version.
Please restore this critical function in New Outlook for Mac.
Not sure how this gets left out.
I totalt agree with you all. Using the status bar in the bottom throughout the day to have an idea of how many e-mails I have in the inbox.
The not so good workaround is to mark all e-mails in the inbox - cmd+a, and then you will see the total number of conversations.
Lets hope that we will get the status bar back soon...
I am back to the old version mostly because of this number not being displayed.
I am the same, and have had to revert back to the old version, despite me preferring the simplicity of the new version. It's a very useful feature. Please bring it back!
