Outlook Horizontal Line is not a full line and is inserted centered in the body of the email.  First noticed on Version 1912 Build 1235.20288.  Looking for a fix.  Anybody else seeing this issue?

    Hi Anna,

    I hope you are well.

    We - as a collective of Microsoft's customers - kindly ask that you address this issue as a matter of urgency!

    Although many may consider this a minimal issue, this drastically affects the display of the confidentiality notice in my company email signatures.

    I have a problem with regards to the horizontal line as well.  All of a sudden it is short and centered.  Prior to that it was a left justify and went across the page which was perfect for me.  I use this feature on a lot of my Outlook email messages to separate comments and such.

    This only started after the current update.

    After reading all the problems people are having the only work around I could come up with was hitting the "-" (dash) key three times and then hit the Enter key. 

    It will have to suffice I guess but I wish MS would leave some things well enough alone.  Or, as the old adage goes; "if it ain't broke; don't fix it"!  Or, if you want to change things, leave a way to keep what has worked in the past.

    Hello!

    Everyone at the office here is also experiencing this problem. Because our signiture consists of a full width horizontal line.

    Will Microsoft look into this? Feels like an urgent matter.

    The "funny" thing is, that if you go into Signature settings in Outlook, it is as it should be. So even in the belly of Outlook, it is correct but it just can't show it properly when making a mail.

    But I have found a temporary solution, although not perfect in any way. We have a application, in which I can create templates for the signature, so every user gets the same layout. In this application I have created the signature in HTML containing <hr>, which now isn't shown the correct way.

    I had to rebuild the template, so now its all in a table, and the cell where <hr> should be, I made a empty character with font size 1pt, and then styled the border colors of the cell to nothing, finally creating a background color.

    Stupid as fu.. and not pretty at all...

    Hopefully Microsoft will get into the fight, as they really dropped the ball on this one.
