Hello,
I am having issues with one of the meeting invites I own. We host a full-team meeting for ~300 people on my team, and I am the Outlook owner of this meeting. Somehow, this meeting was deleted off my calendar, but not from others' calendars on my team. I got it back from my sent/deleted folders, however, now I cannot edit the invite. There are wrong dates reflected in the series and I need to either update it, or delete the series for my team altogether, but I am not able to.
With 300 on the team, I am not able to just blast out an email and tell them to disregard the other thread - it always results in confusion and frustration with that many people.
Any thoughts?

Thank you, that was the resolution I did too, and it worked. I have one individual that has 30 reoccurring meetings per month, it was quite the pain doing that one.
I was able to get the meeting reinstated!! What you have to do is have one of the meeting attendees go into the meeting and go to File, and Save As an "ics" file. Have them send it to you. When you open it you need to go to File and import as a calendar invite. It will go back on your calendar like nothing ever happened. I know my instructions may be a little vague, that's because my IT team remoted into my computer and did it for me. Good Luck!
I am having this issue as well, but for the other attendees the meeting don't show as cancelled. Also, they can only delete individual intendances of the meeting, not the series.
Did you ever figure it out bc i am in a panic as the same thing has happened to me and like you, there are too many ppl, very high level on the invite for me to just send out an email blast when a particular date is being cancelled. this has been an ongoing meeting for literally years and i have no idea why it simply disappeared from my calendar, i was not trying to cancel anything that i can recall. How did you handle it?
