Hello,
I am having issues with one of the meeting invites I own. We host a full-team meeting for ~300 people on my team, and I am the Outlook owner of this meeting. Somehow, this meeting was deleted off my calendar, but not from others' calendars on my team. I got it back from my sent/deleted folders, however, now I cannot edit the invite. There are wrong dates reflected in the series and I need to either update it, or delete the series for my team altogether, but I am not able to.
With 300 on the team, I am not able to just blast out an email and tell them to disregard the other thread - it always results in confusion and frustration with that many people.
Any thoughts?

Try this as a fix.
What we did to resolve the issue was to request an attendee save the original meeting item as an .ics file, and then send the file to the organizer (email, Teams, file transfer). Organizer imports the .ics file into their calendar, and can then delete and send cancellation through the Desktop application.
