Hello,
I am having issues with one of the meeting invites I own. We host a full-team meeting for ~300 people on my team, and I am the Outlook owner of this meeting. Somehow, this meeting was deleted off my calendar, but not from others' calendars on my team. I got it back from my sent/deleted folders, however, now I cannot edit the invite. There are wrong dates reflected in the series and I need to either update it, or delete the series for my team altogether, but I am not able to.
With 300 on the team, I am not able to just blast out an email and tell them to disregard the other thread - it always results in confusion and frustration with that many people.
Any thoughts?

Hello,
We have an issue where the meeting organiser cancelled the meeting and it disappeared from their calendar, however, the room still shows as booked by them.
We tried deleting it from the room calendar but it just says that the meeting is already deleted, yet the room still shows as booked, and it won't allow us to book anything else in that room during that time.
This is a meeting occurrence, which means that it is causing major disruption as we are unable to book that room during that time.
This seems to be a glitch. We tried all troubleshooting steps that we could find online but none of them have worked.
We had also this issue. My customer as organizer had a prompt about a conflict&solve it. This deleted the appointment series in his calendar but has not sent out any cancelation to the participants. An appointment cannot be deleted it needs to be canceled by the organizer. I guess that a feature to solve conflicts delete it!
@microsoft please fix it!
I get the "as the meeting organizer you do not need to respond to this meeting."
The best "fix" I've found is to restart Outlook. The glitch seems to come sometimes after you click on "Cancel Meeting" and the Meeting Occurrence doesn't change to a Meeting Cancellation, where you can then type a short note for why you're cancelling and then send the cancellation out to your group.
I've had this glitch happen to me so many times I can't even count, and it's frustrating and embarrassing. It typically happens if I've had Outlook open for a long time.
