in the "Type here to search" box on the Task Bar type > cmd   >choose run as an administrator.. paste the commands into Command Prompt box.

Hit the enter key on the keyboard after pasting each command line.

cd "C:\Program Files\Common Files\microsoft shared\ClickToRun"

and then

officec2rclient.exe /update user updatetoversion=16.0.12827.20470

Do nothing, wait.   See:

Microsoft is automatically propagating a fix.....  I am seeing it automatically patch some of my clients i had not fixed yet, that complained earlier..

I was able to fix the issue by uninstalling KB4565483 installed on 7/15/2020.

I have the same problem.  JUst noticed it on 07/15.  Outlook worked fine on 07/14.  Can you provide the file path for KB4565483?  Program Files > etc.....

    Any help would be great.
