Dear Support,
I am encountering error regarding react-native-win32.dll from multiple users on my department, mostly using Windows 8 PRO OS.
Here is the exact prompting message "The required file react-native-win32.dll cannot be found in your path. Install Microsoft Outlook again"

I have resolved the issue from Uninstalling and reinstall the Microsoft Office 365. Since it is urgent from our users to resolve the issue asap.
The use of Use the System File Checker tool to repair missing or corrupted system files as per advised of Mr. Palcouk did not work.
Nothing works
Microsoft offers no support
Re installed office 3 times, same error
Their support program doesnt work as windows 8 is not supported by dot net frame work
Microsoft is quick to take your money, ruin your computer with un needed forced updates and then break the system and then offer no support except for a bot (which the call a professional agent) that just refers you to the website with no answers.
Yes I know there are typos but i am typing fast as I am EXTREMELY irritated

I had the same issue for a client and I resolved it by rolling back the version of Office installed.
It will run an update but it will actually roll the version back to a semi-annual release.

- Open Command Prompt as Administrator
- Run the following command: cd "C:\Program Files\Common Files\microsoft shared\ClickToRun"
- Run the following command: OfficeC2RClient.exe /changesetting Channel=Broad
- Run the following command:OfficeC2RClient.exe /update user
It will run an update but it will actually roll the version back to a semi-annual release.

I had the same issue with my outlook and word for the last 2 days in my Windows 8 OS. Inspite of uninstalling and reinstalling Office for 4 times and restoring the system to an older date the error with outlook and word persisted. I tried to get Microsoft support but to vain. But finally the above method resolved the issue. Thanks for the suggestion. By rolling back the version of office 365, I think it is made compatible to windows 8.

I downloaded the Office uninstall support tool from the official website below, I used this tool to remove the Office, and it works when I reinstall the Office, it does not show the react-native-win32.dll error again.
