react-native-win32.dll error

Dear Support,

I am encountering error regarding  react-native-win32.dll from multiple users on my department, mostly using Windows 8 PRO OS.

Here is the exact prompting message "The required file react-native-win32.dll cannot be found in your path. Install Microsoft Outlook again"

Kindly assist to solve the issue.

Hi Darpan,

 I have resolved the issue from Uninstalling and reinstall the Microsoft Office 365. Since it is urgent from our users to resolve the issue asap.

The use of Use the System File Checker tool to repair missing or corrupted system files as per advised of Mr. Palcouk did not work.

    I LOVE how the fix for this is "Spend an entire day backing up your emails/files then delete and reinstall." And that seems to be only a temporary fix until you have to do it all over again.

    It takes me several hours to back up my emails so this should be a lot of fun. Thanks for nothing Microsoft.

    Hi,

    I had the same issue for a customer and I resolved it by rolling back the version of Office installed.

    1. Open Command Prompt as Administrator
    2. Run the following command: cd "C:\Program Files\Common Files\microsoft shared\ClickToRun"
    3. Run the following command: OfficeC2RClient.exe /changesetting Channel=Broad
    4. Run the following command:OfficeC2RClient.exe /update user

    It will run an update but it will actually roll the version back to a semi-annual release.

    Hope this helps!

    This did NOT work for me.... FFS.... Hate Office....

    After HOURS of backing up my email and calendar files - deleted - reinstalled. SAME issue. I'm done...

     Le fichier requis react-native-win32.dll est introuvable dans votre chemin. Réinstallez Microsoft Outlook "

    Veuillez aider à résoudre le problème.
