react-native-win32.dll error

Dear Support,

I am encountering error regarding  react-native-win32.dll from multiple users on my department, mostly using Windows 8 PRO OS.

Here is the exact prompting message "The required file react-native-win32.dll cannot be found in your path. Install Microsoft Outlook again"

Kindly assist to solve the issue.

Hi Darpan,

 I have resolved the issue from Uninstalling and reinstall the Microsoft Office 365. Since it is urgent from our users to resolve the issue asap.

The use of Use the System File Checker tool to repair missing or corrupted system files as per advised of Mr. Palcouk did not work.

    Did you solved your problem?

    Since a view days I have the same problem.

    After Uninstal and install Office365 several times, didn't fix the problem.

    Regarding error  react-native-win32.dll from today multiple users(Windows 8 PRO OS) in my department. since feb2020 we are using as usual normally it worked.

    Here is the error message "The required file react-native-win32.dll cannot be found in your path. Install Microsoft Outlook again"

    as you advise above we have Uninstalling and reinstalled several times but still the same issues coming up. please advise

    I have the same problem with two users. I've tried:

    • Repairing Office 365 from the control panel
    • Uninstalling from the control panel and doing a clean install again.
    • Uninstalling using "Microsoft Support and Recovery Assistant" and doing a clean install again.

    In all three scenarios when Outlook gives the same error again when open after installation is complete.

    OS: Windows 8

    365 account type: Microsoft 365 Business Standard
