I need to have the CC option on new emails always visible without having to click the button every time. I would like to be able to press TAB after entering recipients and get to the CC field.
I'm on the new version (16.47 for Mac).

Thanks. I was hoping to not have to to any extra clicking to get to the CC field and just hit Tab. I found that I can change the settings to have all new messages appear in a separate window which accomplishes that for me. See photo here:

Apparently Microsoft doesn't care. But they never really do, do they? I was starting to like the "new" Outlook, but having to click on CC several times today is pushing me back to the old one. Thanks again for making things worse with your improvements, Microsoft.
This is not the problem. What we NEED is for the CC field to always be there when a new message is created. Almost every email has CC recipients. It is an insane choice if by design. Please restore this functionality ASAP!!!!
This is absurd. I'm super surprised they would remove this from an already implemented feature. Sounds like lazy developers if you ask me.
I have the same issue and the purposed solution does not work to always show the CC field. Please add a way of doing this. What is seen or not seen by default should be customizable.
