I need to have the CC option on new emails always visible without having to click the button every time. I would like to be able to press TAB after entering recipients and get to the CC field.

I'm on the new version (16.47 for Mac).

Thanks. I was hoping to not have to to any extra clicking to get to the CC field and just hit Tab. I found that I can change the settings to have all new messages appear in a separate window which accomplishes that for me.  See photo here:

Thanks for your help.

Thank you for this tip. I wish they would simply allow them to show all the time. Has anyone tried to uncheck the "new outlook" button in the menu bar under OUTLOOK? I am going to test this and will also submit another feedback request to them. Likely will never change but worth a shot.

Everyone! I got it to work by unchecking the "NEW OUTLOOK" button and going back to the legacy interface. Although I prefer the newer interface, it is at least solving the cc and bcc issue. I'll update the board once I see how the legacy UI/UX works vs the newer interface. Thanks.

Sometimes? They make their decisions based on conference room discussions, not reality.

Apple makes some seriously **** decisions, but at least you get the sense their engineers actually use the products they make.

It works until they override your decision and move you to the new version. Multiple times.
