I need to have the CC option on new emails always visible without having to click the button every time. I would like to be able to press TAB after entering recipients and get to the CC field.

I'm on the new version (16.47 for Mac).

Thanks. I was hoping to not have to to any extra clicking to get to the CC field and just hit Tab. I found that I can change the settings to have all new messages appear in a separate window which accomplishes that for me.  See photo here:

Thanks for your help.

Here to ask for the CC field to be automatically shown as well. Makes me want to go back to the old outlook just to save all of the clicks. Or at least make it a preference!! Thank you!

I just go back to the old version. And every time it forces me into the new version, I write a bad review and reload to the old version. I'm tired of them not listening.

Hi all. I, too, am insanely frustrated by the "improvements" to New Outlook that make my work HARDER to do. Get it together, Microsoft!

In the meantime, here's a *slight* workaround: In Preferences > Composing, select always Cc/Bcc me, then either delete your own email address each time (annoying, I know, but maybe easier than clicking the CC/BCC button?) or set up a rule to automatically delete any emails from your own email address so you don't email yourself every time. It's imperfect but at least you can tab and delete more quickly than clicking.

Hope it provides a bit of relief until they fix this stupid change.

Yup, that's what I've been doing, too.

They're never gonna fix this. They obviously don't care about their customers -- and why should they? They know they have our business (because what choice do we have, really), so why spend any time trying to help... Sometimes I really hate M$.
