Always show CC field

I need to have the CC option on new emails always visible without having to click the button every time. I would like to be able to press TAB after entering recipients and get to the CC field. 

I'm on the new version (16.47 for Mac).

Thanks. I was hoping to not have to to any extra clicking to get to the CC field and just hit Tab. I found that I can change the settings to have all new messages appear in a separate window which accomplishes that for me.  See photo here:

    so i have to delete my email every time I reply but *don't* cc anybody?

    so, this thread has been going for I think over 18 months and they still haven't fixed this? Sheesh.

    Same thing here...nothing works. I guess going back to old outlook but the search is broken there. Ugh.

    Same problem exists in Outlook for MacOS, however the trick to open new messages in a new window does not work.

    I was able to download the Beta v16.68...

    Still no CC or BCC field showing automatically in new messages. Can't seem to find any settings relating to it other than the usual "CC myself" in preferences. Tried sending a new message and adding a CC, then starting another new message to see if CC was still expanded, but it was still hidden by default on the new message.

    Looks like they may have BS'd you about it being resolved... That's unfortunate.
