I need to have the CC option on new emails always visible without having to click the button every time. I would like to be able to press TAB after entering recipients and get to the CC field.
I'm on the new version (16.47 for Mac).

Thanks. I was hoping to not have to to any extra clicking to get to the CC field and just hit Tab. I found that I can change the settings to have all new messages appear in a separate window which accomplishes that for me. See photo here:

It's not a thing because M$ doesn't give a damn about their customers, especially those using MacOS. Fixing this issue, while it would probably take their developers a few minutes, won't affect their bottom line, so it's not even a consideration. They just don't care.
I wish I could give up Office, but it's what we use at work, so I'm stuck.

With Ventura, i may just move all email to apple mail and be done with office.
It is now December 2022 and your reply is still not useful. MacOS Ventura, Outlook for Mac, still no option to show CC and BCC as default when starting a new email. It has been a year and half and this is still not fixed?
