Always show CC field

I need to have the CC option on new emails always visible without having to click the button every time. I would like to be able to press TAB after entering recipients and get to the CC field. 

I'm on the new version (16.47 for Mac).

Thanks. I was hoping to not have to to any extra clicking to get to the CC field and just hit Tab. I found that I can change the settings to have all new messages appear in a separate window which accomplishes that for me.  See photo here:

    I am also on 16.69 and I do not see the option.

    ImageI am on version 16.69, I now see the option to 'Show CC field by default' along with 'Show BCC field by default' under Settings > Composing. However, a friend is also on the same version and does not have that option. I am a bit confused about how I got it and not them. We are both on 2021 MBP M1 Pro running Ventura.
