Always show CC field

I need to have the CC option on new emails always visible without having to click the button every time. I would like to be able to press TAB after entering recipients and get to the CC field. 

I'm on the new version (16.47 for Mac).

Thanks. I was hoping to not have to to any extra clicking to get to the CC field and just hit Tab. I found that I can change the settings to have all new messages appear in a separate window which accomplishes that for me.  See photo here:

    Was there a big outcry to hide the CC field?

    Changing things for the sake of changing them, not understanding that # of clicks is perhaps the most important design feature, as opposed to Microsoft's usual M.O. of cleaning things up by hiding them 15 clicks away.

    +1 Me too.

    This is atrocious design and kept me away from using the web-client, now that outlook is foistering the new look on people you should perhaps make sure it's functional at the most basic level before doing so.

    +1 for me as well. Every single email has to have cc for me, and it is now hundreds of extra clicks a day. Please fix this.

    I have the same issue. I MUST have the CC and BCC fields visible BY DEFAULT, without the need to click the extra buttons to expand the window. None of the solutions in this thread work for Outlook Mac version 16.50.
