Always show CC field

I need to have the CC option on new emails always visible without having to click the button every time. I would like to be able to press TAB after entering recipients and get to the CC field.

I'm on the new version (16.47 for Mac).

Thanks. I was hoping to not have to to any extra clicking to get to the CC field and just hit Tab. I found that I can change the settings to have all new messages appear in a separate window which accomplishes that for me.  See photo here:

Thanks for your help.

    +1 Me too.

This is atrocious design and kept me away from using the web-client, now that outlook is foistering the new look on people you should perhaps make sure it's functional at the most basic level before doing so.

I have the same issue. I MUST have the CC and BCC fields visible BY DEFAULT, without the need to click the extra buttons to expand the window. None of the solutions in this thread work for Outlook Mac version 16.50.

I have the same problem, but the solution you found for "Open new messages and replies in a separate window" still won't show the CC field by default.  I have lots of automated email shortcuts that autofill all the fields for me and without this CC default, they are useless.  I know others in my team have it working correctly but makes no sense why mine doesn't.

I found the same solution about a month ago and then this week it just stopped working and reverted back to the CC field being hidden. Microsoft, please fix this or give another workaround. This makes me want to go back to the old version. Thanks
