Family Calendar Missing

Hi.

My family and I have created a Microsoft family group. When clicking the 'plan family events' link in the family home page we are all taken to our personal calendars but there is no 'Family Calendar' under the 'Other Calendars' list. Can someone please suggest a cause of this issue and/or a remedy?

The family calendar has never been visible for any of us and we created the family group approx. 48 hours ago.

    So you are not using it on the native calendar app on iphone or ipad?

    No we are not - it may work (and probably should in my opinion), just not something we're using

    I found an export option in the "Contacts" area. See my screen shot.

    I've been at the status level of "Export in Progress" since Thursday of last week.

    Not sure it it will provide me a PST but that would welcome.

    Let me know if your export completes and you get a link to download. Hoping my is done in the next day or so.

    I don't think much of exporting the family calendar and importing it into my own calendar and then sharing it. I am currently using my own calendar and I invite my better half to an appointment I create and she does the same until the problem is solved.

    Too many future/recurring events to copy over in our case, and we have more than 2 members in our family.
