Family Calendar Missing

Hi.

My family and I have created a Microsoft family group. When clicking the 'plan family events' link in the family home page we are all taken to our personal calendars but there is no 'Family Calendar' under the 'Other Calendars' list. Can someone please suggest a cause of this issue and/or a remedy?

The family calendar has never been visible for any of us and we created the family group approx. 48 hours ago.

Thanks.

Ross

In case somebody did not get it, if you try to add a new entry and don't have the option of choosing personal or family Calender, or if you don't see family calendars, you have to choose the circular icon on the top left of the calendar view, this could contain your profile picture, then scroll down and select "your family".

    See Adams picture for referance.

For some reason this was disabled at some point for me, and had to be activated again.

I think Microsoft underestimated what the impact of this change would be. They didn't tested enough what the impact would be of the functionality they might break.

I think they have a bigger plan with new features coming up for "Your family" were this is step 1.

I personally don't like that I don't have the calendar anymore in the outlook office 365 app. I don't have ONE overview of my calendars anymore.

The workaround suggested before in this thread (creating a shared calendar) is good temporary workaround until Microsoft fixes it.

Or always use the Outlook mobile app (what I already did for mobile)/outlook.com website for the calendar.
