Family Calendar Missing

Hi.

My family and I have created a Microsoft family group. When clicking the 'plan family events' link in the family home page we are all taken to our personal calendars but there is no 'Family Calendar' under the 'Other Calendars' list. Can someone please suggest a cause of this issue and/or a remedy?

The family calendar has never been visible for any of us and we created the family group approx. 48 hours ago.

Thanks.

Ross

Ditto and same problem with me.  Have sent a DM to Outlook's Twitter account.

I'm seeing the same situation - i.e. "Family Calendar" on Outlook Calendar on Android device has disappeared but a 'new item appears called "Your family".  Also, on outlook.com, I see a new sub-heading called Group with a calendar called "Your family" appearing which contains the same calendar entries as my old "Family Calendar".

So in summary, looks like the change hasn't rolled out to Win 10 Mail client or the Outlook client desktop app.

Same problem for me. Family (group) calendar missing from desktop calendar and Outlook client. Working correctly until yesterday. Web client via outlook.com still displays Family calendar.

This is what I had. I'm not sure why it isn't the same for everyone else

    This worked for me.  Thanks.

I still can't seem to view my family calendar from within Outlook 365 though.

I've also got a support ticket open.  If they suggest something else, I'll follow up here.  I'm going to point my support engineer to this thread as well.

Meanwhile, I have spoken to MS re: the Family Calendar disappearing from the desktop client. They advised:

As I checked from my side, the issue is from Outlook.com server and our developers are acknowledged about this inconvenience problem that cause to our dedicated customers. Thus, they are investigating and working to fix this issue.

They do not have a timescale for the fix at this point.

I suggest going through the virtual agent (which won't help) to get to a real person to flag the issue - the more noise the greater the effort they put in.

I have also sent a tweet to the @Outlook team; I suggest everyone does the same:
