Family Calendar Missing

Hi.

My family and I have created a Microsoft family group. When clicking the 'plan family events' link in the family home page we are all taken to our personal calendars but there is no 'Family Calendar' under the 'Other Calendars' list. Can someone please suggest a cause of this issue and/or a remedy?

The family calendar has never been visible for any of us and we created the family group approx. 48 hours ago.

Thanks.

Ross

This is what I had. I'm not sure why it isn't the same for everyone else

Same on Android. You can only see the family calendar in the Outlook app, and not in other calendar apps on the phone. I went back to Google because of this, as it meant I couldn't use calendar widgets and see my family calendar in it.

The family calendar is not available, even after I deinstalled the account and reactivated it on the mobile.

The smartphone issue is easy to fix, thankfully (as my wife just alerted me to the problem). Just go to accounts by clicking the icon to the left of the month; you should see Your Family listed near the top. Just re-enable it by ticking the box.

I'll get on to MS support about the desktop client issue...

Not working for me.  My family calendar doesnt appear on my iphone as it is now a group calendar rather than a shared one.
