On some inbound emails I am receiving a banner above the email text that says Connectors - placeholder. We have no idea what it is or why it's suddenly there starting this week. Some emails have it and some don't. Doesn't matter if they are internal company emails or external emails.
We've checked add-ins, social setting, etc and now been able to get this to go away. It does now show up on the web or mobile, and doesn't show up in Sent messages either.
Any way to get rid of this? It's super annoying and takes up unneeded space.

We have experienced the same banner in Outlook client, when logging into webmail it looks like there is a new suggested reply feature in that spot. Even after disabling in the web version the connectors place holder still shows in Outlook client.

I have the same exact problem with Outlook message in Office 365 (i use Chrome Version 83.0.4103.116).
Every 10 or so message i open get this annoying messaqe in the content section :
Connectors - placeholder
Refreshing the browser kinda work but it also refresh what i was doing (back at my defaut display)

i have a user who also happened to experienced the same. it started yesterday.. and until now, got no way of removing this banner. this happens whenever she receives an email from a certain user inside the company. waiting for answers....
i have the same problem. so far.. only one user experiencing this issue..
