    @OnePunchSimon

    Did you uninstall all of office or just Outlook? If you just did Outllook, where did you find just the latest Outlook install?

    Thanks. That still didn't work, but when I deleted the profile and then trashed Outlook and reinstalled it (again), everything worked. Its's been almost a day and no problems.

    The uninstall of Outlook and reinstall fixed the issue for me. You need to be sure you remove all of the Outlook files in the Library folder on your machine, Google that for help. So not all of Office, just Outlook. I am running Mac OS 10.13.6. Good luck.

    Hi all,

    A fix has been released in the latest client update version 16.47 or later. Install Office updates to receive this fix. If you cannot update Office at this time, please use the Outlook web client until you can. Kindly check Outlook for Mac crashes unexpectedly on startup or during mail synchronization - Outlook (microsoft.com).

    Install Office for Mac update: Update Office for Mac automatically - Office Support (microsoft.com)

    When you want to uninstall and reinstall a specific app in Office, e.g.: Oultook, usually, you will need to download the Office suite and then reinstall the Office suite. If you only want to uninstall and reinstall a specific app in Office, you will need other tools for help, e.g. Office Deployment Tool.

    Sorry for all the inconvenience you've encountered! Hope this helps!

    Thanks & Stay safe,

    Qian
