Outlook Crashes Shortly After Starting

I've been running the Office aps for quite a while, and this just started happening. Shortly after I ope Outlook, I get a message saying "There was a problem with Microsoft Office and your recent work might be lost." I have tried restrating the computer and also re-installing Office. I'm running OS 10.13.6 (the latest version that my old computer will support).

The first part of the error report is:

    I got the same issue. MacBook Pro Retina late 2013, A1425, Catalina 10.15.7 (19H1217) Office 365. When the computer is online, Outlook crashes right after start. When it is offline, Outlook is stable.

    I have the same issue on an iMac 2010 running the latest version of High Sierra with all the latest security releases.

    My iMac was running the latest versions of Office 2019 and on 29 May 2021 I replace this install with Microsoft 365 license. Everything was working fine including Outlook version 16.43. I was even busy writing emails.

    (At the time I was annoyed that the Teams button was still not available)

    Anyway after about 5 min of use a small window pop up (I don't remember the exact words) that some improvements to the calendar needed to be installed followed by an app restart. This was very quick. It was not through the AutoUpdate app. From that point Outlook will start and then immediately crash. If WiFI is off, then Outlook continues without crashing.

    Someone else has mentioned the calendar is the issue - I tend to agree. I'll play around with some shared calendars now....but MS please resolve ASAP!

    I am having the same problem as above - running 10.13.6 and Outlook is crashing every time I open Outlook if connected to Wifi - it will stay open when Wifi is not connected. Happened overnight and driving me crazy today. Is there a fix?

    I tried deleting the few future entries in my calendar, and also some past ones, but still no luck.

    I also disconnected shared calendars without success.

    This is driving me crazy!
