I've been running the Office aps for quite a while, and this just started happening. Shortly after I ope Outlook, I get a message saying "There was a problem with Microsoft Office and your recent work might be lost." I have tried restrating the computer and also re-installing Office. I'm running OS 10.13.6 (the latest version that my old computer will support).

The first part of the error report is:

I am having the same exact issue except its on the mobile app. The app crashes upon launch and I have tried every possible fix I can think off. I have deleted caches, deleted and re-installed the app, signed out from all accounts on all devices, I have updated to the latest IOS version and latest app version. I have even done a hard reset on my phone and the problem continues to persist. I would really appreciate some help as I'm constantly on the move and need to respond to my email as and when they come in. I called customer service and was told to have my domain administrator on the call to verify the account (mind blown). I had to go through loops just to get a service representative on the line and then asked to speak with a domain administrator??? My experience with customer service has been nothing but perfunctory. I would really appreciate some help to get this fixed.

Tried that and it worked for about 15 minutes. Then I got a message saying that Outlook needed to restart. After restarting, it continually crashes, just like before.

According to Outlook for Mac crashes unexpectedly on startup or during mail synchronization - Outlook (microsoft.com), if you cannot update Office at this time, please use the Outlook web client until you can.

    Thanks,
