outlook Message "cannot send this item"

Hi to 

As of yesterday my outlook is popping the above message every time I try to reply or forward a mail as HTML. i even try to save the message and send it after but even that does not work.

Can you please help

    Still having issues here after many months, why doesn't Microsoft mention anything? We've already submitted multiple tickets. This is a hassle.

    We have the Semi-Annual Enterprise Channel - Version 2008 (Build 13127.21668)... and we have two users that are now getting this error.

    Is there really no fix for this at all?

    We have seen that copy and pasting the email into a new email works... or clicking send on the item 3 times.. does work as well. That.. is a LOT of clicks

    No, the fix is not in version 13913.10000

    I am running 14026.20202 and still have the same issue.

    The issue still exist even it should be resolved in the new release. Is there any official communication from Microsoft about this matter?

    Hi,

    This inability to reply just started for me a few days ago and it's May 13/21. I've done all of the updates and am surprised that Microsoft is unable to find a fix.
