When I try to add a new Office 365 email to my outlook I get the error below.   I think it's because of my "Work or school account" which I want to remove. I'm not sure how my email was signed up for this second account. I set up this computer for home use only, I won't be using any of the Microsoft Azure features.

My question is, what will happen when I remove my “work account” and leave my Microsoft account?  Everything is backed up on Onedrive, I just don’t know what to expect because when I went to remove it, it warned me about losing data and settings.

Any help would be appreciated. Thank you!

I just wanted to post a follow up to this issue.

I finally gambled and upgraded my system to build 2004.  I immediately began getting the "password amnesia" issue along with the TPM error.  I tried a few hacks and gave up after about 2 days and removed the feature update from my system.  The "password amnesia" issue and the TPN error completely stopped.

I guess I'll just never upgrade this system to build 2004...

It's too bad, it's an expensive BOXX workstation that has been a workhorse for me.

this doesn't seem to solve the problem.

Just updated the one of the 2 effected boxes to Build 20H2,  Keeping my fingers crossed that this build corrects the TPM error

Nothing seem to work. I uninstalled the Windows update and same issues still, just not as bad. I can't restore my computer before the update because no restorenpoint was created so now I'm stuck putting my password in 5 times daily for outlook and still get the TPM error once or twice daily

I finally seemed to have resolved this issue by creating a new user profile on my system.  No errors, No need to re enter passwords.
