Add new contact button missing from Outlook

I access my work Outlook online and am no longer able to add new contacts. I do not see the option for "Add New Contact" anywhere. Is anyone else experiencing this issue? Have you found a solution?

    I have been using Proton mail for important mail as it is encrypted and very secure. Proton mail's support is fast and excellent. I may just move all my mail to Proton mail. Microsoft is soooooo big, they really don't care about helping peeps.

    Me too. Am inside 30 days so want to cancel my 365 subscription for a refund. Now maybe 365's not the problem after all. Looks like it's lots of people. Just the timing coincided with my subscription. Absolute frustrating waste of time. Better fix it quick or I'm gone.

    Yes, I've been having to do that but run out of 'spare' contacts. Takes time to find and decide whether to dice too. Sucks.

    I'm also missing the option to add contacts. I also am unable to import/export them.
