Add new contact button missing from Outlook

I access my work Outlook online and am no longer able to add new contacts. I do not see the option for "Add New Contact" anywhere. Is anyone else experiencing this issue? Have you found a solution?

    YES!!!! The problem has been FIXED as of this morning Jan 11, 2022!!!!

    The "NEW CONTACT" Button has been put back where it once was and ALL is working now!!!!!

    Thank you! Thank you! Thank you!!!!! Mircosoft Team for the fast response! My faith in Hotmail has returned!

    Now if we can just get the limit on blocked senders removed....

    Now that the Button issue has been fixed - et voila, the synching of contacts to outlook on PC and contacts on Android is fixed as well!!!. Seems to have been a bigger issue then just a missing button!
