Add new contact button missing from Outlook

I access my work Outlook online and am no longer able to add new contacts. I do not see the option for "Add New Contact" anywhere. Is anyone else experiencing this issue? Have you found a solution?

2022-01-11T16:59:24+00:00 Now that the Button issue has been fixed - et voila, the synching of contacts to outlook on PC and contacts on Android is fixed as well!!!. Seems to have been a bigger issue then just a missing button!
