Organizing and accessing contact information in Outlook.com
The "New Contacts" button is missing but I haven't lost any data in People, Calendar, or Mail.

I access my work Outlook online and am no longer able to add new contacts. I do not see the option for "Add New Contact" anywhere. Is anyone else experiencing this issue? Have you found a solution?

It's now 4:25 PM EST on 1/8/22: I have the same problem. I restarted my computer after closing all applications to see if that would correct the problem. It didn't. Since so many people are having this problem starting today, there must be something that Microsoft Outlook did that is causing the difficulty. Maybe they will see our complaints piling up and do something to solve the issue.
I am having the same problem. At least now I know it's not just me!
I have the same issue -- No obvious way to create a new contact in Outlook online.
I rarely use Outlook anymore, preferring the Google environment, but I do keep photos and albums in Microsoft OneDrive. Today when I tried to share an album, I first tried to add the intended recipient as a new contact, but could find no way to do that.
Bizarre.
Thanks you!
Same with me. Tried various browsers and accounts... Glad its not just me.
Coincidentally, it was working in the morning..... Then hundreds of contacts just disappeared or just their numbers....
I contact MS and they were as helpful as ever! I had this happen twice before. Initially MS said it wasn't their fault and have no responsibility to back I my data (even though its a paid account). Eventually I pushed and got through to a 3rd line engineer who actually managed to recover my data... Despite being told they cant.
Has anyone else experienced a loss contacts that coincided with the buttons disappearing?
