Add new contact button missing from Outlook

I access my work Outlook online and am no longer able to add new contacts. I do not see the option for "Add New Contact" anywhere. Is anyone else experiencing this issue? Have you found a solution?

    TopDownDriver: You need to open a ticket with Microsoft to fix that issue.

    FIXED! Got this email today...all is working.

    I'd like to inform you that the fix related to the New Contact option or Manage option (missing entire Toolbar on Contacts page) has now been deployed by our Engineers team. Please sign out of your account and then sign back in to check if the entire Toolbar on Contacts page is back or not.I hope to hear back from you soon.     The New Contact Button is now there. However, now the Contact Lists feature is not working properly. You can not sort or scroll the list (if the list is bigger than the screen allows). This is critical as all of our mailing lists are in Office 365! PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE FIX ASAP!!!

    I thought mine was fixed, but after adjusting the Zoom in or out of my browser, the button disappeared again.

    The People screen is not responding to resizing properly and so the Create New button is getting covered up, as well as the bottom of some of the longer folder lists - causing the scroll bar to not go all the way down. It is better than it was, but not fully functional.
