Add new contact button missing from Outlook

I access my work Outlook online and am no longer able to add new contacts. I do not see the option for "Add New Contact" anywhere. Is anyone else experiencing this issue? Have you found a solution?

    Thank you. I hope others open an ticket. the more complaints, maybe Microsoft will act and fix it.

    Many of my contacts are not being added from an email. Many times my initial contact is via phone, and I'm wanting to create a contact to capture all of their information for future use. Thank you though.

    I also tried just typing in a new email in the search bar and then got an "Add to Contacts" button. But I don't know if this is because the email may have shown up for me in a distribution list. Need to test with a totally new email I've never seen before.
