Add new contact button missing from Outlook

I access my work Outlook online and am no longer able to add new contacts. I do not see the option for "Add New Contact" anywhere. Is anyone else experiencing this issue? Have you found a solution?

    And another one with the same problem. I have qadded new contacts by creating an email then editing the contact. Has anyone found a workaround for creating a new group contact list?

    Thank you, I'm having the same problem. Also if I right click the address in the "to" bar, it doesn't offer an "add to contacts" option,

    Hi everyone, Experienced same problem of no new contact button. two things:

    1. I saw microsoft techie responded they're aware of problem and will solve....
    2. A good workaround. If you have outlook.live on android phone, it still has +create a new contact function available.
