Add new contact button missing from Outlook

I access my work Outlook online and am no longer able to add new contacts. I do not see the option for "Add New Contact" anywhere. Is anyone else experiencing this issue? Have you found a solution?

    I came up with a work around: edit a contact you no longer need or use. That's the only way you can add a new contact until Microsoft fixes it. Cheers!

    The "New Contacts" button is missing but I haven't lost any data in People, Calendar, or Mail.
