Indexing problems Outlook - Windows 11

Windows 10 search should work correctly if you have the February 8th, 2022, Windows Updates. In those updates Windows reverted the changes that caused the problem.

Windows 11 search will be fixed in the Windows 11 Public Updates on 3/15/22.

I have been updating status in the Outlook Known Issue article, Outlook Search not showing recent emails after Windows update KB5008212 (microsoft.com).

I am sure that's windows Index service is the source of the issue.

I had done some addive works. I had removed the ost file and reorganised the pst file. Compressing is not really effective. I had export the entire pst file into a new one and rebound them as the accounts datafile. The pst was quite smaller and faster, because the export will not transfer all garbage who stays in the source pst file. I also remove the outlook datafile form the index service, because the published regkey does'nt solve the issue.
The search process of the outlook content ist as fast as before. My data fiel (PST) has a size of 30Gbyte.

Windows 11 is **** and not worth the hype. Outlook 2019 indexing is super slow and gets paused automatically after every few minutes. Why isnt Microsoft doing anything about it?

There were some bugs in Windows 11, Windows Desktop Search indexing. Those are being fixed in the March 15, 2022 Windows Updates. Hopefully you will see a better experience after those updates next week.
