Using Outlook for Android in business environments for email and scheduling
I have this option. See my screenshot. Try to update or install Outlook app.
This browser is no longer supported.
Upgrade to Microsoft Edge to take advantage of the latest features, security updates, and technical support.
Hi, I noticed that all my links in my Android Outlook app open in an in build browser instead of the app, (such as youtube) This is really frustrating as I have to do other steps to find the option to 'Open in browser' so it then opens in the youtube app. This is for all links amazon, twitter etc.
Is there any way to disable this option? I am unable to find it in settings withtin the app.
Thanks

My app is already up to date: 4.2103.0. Like I said, the option was there previously, and then inexplicably disappeared.
There is now an option under settings to "use default browser".
FOUND IT!
This was annoying the hell out of me too. In the outlook app go to Settings>Preferences and swipe Default Browser ON.
That then started opening all my email links in chrome again.
Someone at Microsoft is really having fun adding and removing this option. And then with the same Outlook app version number removing it again. Nice!
Still some apps open within Outlook and that sucks
