Using Outlook for Android in business environments for email and scheduling
I had this happen before. If I remember correctly clear the cache for outlook in app settings and restart your phone. Not sure if it works for everyone.
This browser is no longer supported.
Upgrade to Microsoft Edge to take advantage of the latest features, security updates, and technical support.
Hi, I noticed that all my links in my Android Outlook app open in an in build browser instead of the app, (such as youtube) This is really frustrating as I have to do other steps to find the option to 'Open in browser' so it then opens in the youtube app. This is for all links amazon, twitter etc.
Is there any way to disable this option? I am unable to find it in settings withtin the app.
Thanks

I just want to add my 2 cents here as well. This stupid trend of in app browser is getting in my nerves lately because many apps do the same, facebook lite, google news etc. They open an in app browser that doesnt' have my login's saved and make my life hell, they don't even open link in their respective app anymore (like for example google news is no longer opening instagram pages in instagram app, even if you press the button to open in app).
I understand MS want to promote edge or that maybe the team believes it is faster to use the in app browser but this is adding several extra steps for me to open my damn email.
Please make it the way it used to be.
