Outlook for Android opening links in internal browser

Hi, I noticed that all my links in my Android Outlook app open in an in build browser instead of the app, (such as youtube) This is really frustrating as I have to do other steps to find the option to 'Open in browser' so it then opens in the youtube app. This is for all links amazon, twitter etc.

Is there any way to disable this option? I am unable to find it in settings withtin the app.

Thanks

Same issue here. Would be nice if they fixed this!

I would like to have the same behavior as on my Windows pc: open all hyperlinks in Edge

    Hi.

I have found the following setting.

In the settings of the outlook app.

Use default browser (this should be the right translation)

I'm so tickled, that's my Reddit comment. Lol.

    Hi all

I was getting the same problem since the last Outlook for Android update. Just found the fix on Reddit:

"They finally fixed this in the latest update. Go to the Outlook app, scroll all way down to the bottom and click the settings gear. Scroll down to Preferences. There is a new option for Use Default Browser."

This works as I've just tried it
