Hi, I noticed that all my links in my Android Outlook app open in an in build browser instead of the app, (such as youtube) This is really frustrating as I have to do other steps to find the option to 'Open in browser' so it then opens in the youtube app. This is for all links amazon, twitter etc.
Is there any way to disable this option? I am unable to find it in settings withtin the app.

Go to the settings in outlook and scroll to the bottom. There should be an option to open in default browser. Enabling that fixed it for me.
Thanks for the tip! I removed the corp account and the option to use default browser appeared immediately.
However, clicking on a link for LinkedIn still opens within the Outlook app.
So this still needs some work and i am not sure what else to check.
I know this was android, but the main issue is the missing option, in outlook app, no difference between IOS or android.
I added a corporate account to outlook app, as the default mail apps do not support MFA.
I still can open links in the browser of my choise.
Maybe try first to add a hotmail account? then see if the option appears , activate it (or deactivate it), after this test if browsers open then install the corporate account?
Maybe the setting will be removed but it will doe what you want... .
I was told that the reason I don't have the option to "Use Default Browser" is that I have a corporate account on my Outlook.
Which is even more stupid. Links, as the name describes, are just that - links to other things.
If that other thing is a protected site, no browser would let me in.
Otherwise, if it is not a protected site, what is the issue with opening the link in a browser or another app?
Your company's IT Departent manage the settings in a Corporate account, to ensure that employees follow the company's IT policies. That's the whole point of enrolling a device in a Corporate Account.
If you have an issue with your company's IT policies, take it up with your company's IT department. They are the ones who are preventing you from selecting this option.
