Hi, I noticed that all my links in my Android Outlook app open in an in build browser instead of the app, (such as youtube) This is really frustrating as I have to do other steps to find the option to 'Open in browser' so it then opens in the youtube app. This is for all links amazon, twitter etc.
Is there any way to disable this option? I am unable to find it in settings withtin the app.

Hay all I am using the latest outlook for Android and have the same issue but if you go to settings way down on the bottom under preferences there is a switch Default Browser turn that on and all email links will open in your selected default browser
oh.. i see.. the solution was posted pages ago.. i read the first 3 pages and the last two... and all i saw were complaints and then sarcasm..
i vote to close this track and state the solution to be disabling "User default browser" in Outlook for Android's settings, which is found toward the bottom of the very long list of setting options.

using the gmail app, the appropriate app / browser opens when i click a link in an email.
not a great experience out of Outlook for Android.
and reading this extra long trail, my hope was pretty much non-existant! :(
then i got curious, started to browse through Outlook settings.. and the third item from the very bottom there is an option to disable "Use default browser" - switching that off helped!

For most things, yes. But there are still apps that (i think) don't work, eg. Linkedin. Someone who only has a personal account could confirm, but I think that always opens within Outlook no matter what.
For non business users, using the option to select "default browser" is a solution, right?
