Outlook for Android opening links in internal browser

Hi, I noticed that all my links in my Android Outlook app open in an in build browser instead of the app, (such as youtube) This is really frustrating as I have to do other steps to find the option to 'Open in browser' so it then opens in the youtube app. This is for all links amazon, twitter etc. 

Is there any way to disable this option? I am unable to find it in settings withtin the app.

    Thanks! Why did no one else point this out?!

    People have been pointing this out since October 2020, when the "Use Default Browser" option was first made available!!

    Please understand I am being sarcastic here.... This issue was noted and solved at some point. However, some geniuses thing it is necessary to state a solution that has been presented months ago as their own...

    I found it ! go to settings, scroll down the you have to enable the button (swipe ) after FACE ID ....  'use standard browser ' , is by default disabled!

    For IOS (iphone).

    I read somehwere, that if you have a exchange account then you will not see this ... .

    I have the latest Outlook update (as of May 21, 2021), on S20+. I am still missing this option. 

    This behavior - or "feature" as Microsoft calls it - is making the Outlook app unusable. 

    I don't really understand the need for opening links within the app, since I have those dedicated apps installed on my phone. So now I click on a link, it opens within Outlook, making Outlook basically look like if it were Linkedin or Home Depot or some other app. Makes it confusing when i look through the recent open apps and want to reopen my emails. Plus i have to tap the back button several times just to see my emails.

    This is insanity. Outlook is for emails and calendar. Linkedin is for Linkedin. Isn't that the whole point of Apps?

    Dear

    Same issue , iphone 11 pro, this issue is present for a long period, I was waiting for udpates IOS or outlook app and hoped it will be solved, but  no,still opening in a internal browser.

    Is there a solution at this moment or work arround?

    I read some in this forum but to read all pages....
