Using Outlook for Android in business environments for email and scheduling
THANK YOU!
This option was not there before. Must have just been included in the latest roll-out.
This browser is no longer supported.
Upgrade to Microsoft Edge to take advantage of the latest features, security updates, and technical support.
Hi, I noticed that all my links in my Android Outlook app open in an in build browser instead of the app, (such as youtube) This is really frustrating as I have to do other steps to find the option to 'Open in browser' so it then opens in the youtube app. This is for all links amazon, twitter etc.
Is there any way to disable this option? I am unable to find it in settings withtin the app.
Thanks

Android pushed an update yesterday that we are required to accept by November 19. For those of you who were able to fix the issue by reinstalling Outlook and are wondering if the Android Update will bring back issue... it doesn't. I accepted the update and Outlook still opens my links in Chrome or in the respective app.
Since you're unable to answer the question and it's too much effort to ask someone who works in "in-app support". Delete all the useless "I have the same problem but no solution" posts, close the thread and refer visitors to the in-app support and stop wasting everybody's time. In a decade, I've never found anything useful in MS community and once in a while I foolishly think that it might be different. I was wrong once again.
AMEN
