Outlook displays scrambled text, screen all over the place

Hi,

I have a user who has been having an issue with opening Outlook. when opening outlook the entire display shows scrambled text and missing tabs, this occurs randomly and seems to not have a pattern. I can close and re open Outlook and the problem will go away. This is Outlook on Office 365, Version 2112(Build 14729.20260) I have been working with the user for almost a month and have tried applying Dell Command updates, changed screen resolutions, disabled add-ins, ran Office repair, uninstalled and re-installed office, applied latest Office and windows updates and the issue continues to resurface. I am not sure what to try at this point besides maybe wipe the computer or replace it (which are last ditch options. Anyways, below is some info on the version of Office and hardware specs, Please let me know. I attached screenshots and have whited out certain info for PII protection as well. Have a look, thanks.

    Here is an MVP article that has another good solution that enables you to switch between Insider builds or leave Insider back to Current Channel, Switching between Microsoft 365 Apps for Business/Enterprise, Current, Preview and Beta Channel (Office Insider) without re-installing - MSOutlook.info.

    In Method 2 in the article, he has these reg keys that enable/disable showing the Insider button, https://www.msoutlook.info/files/showinsiderbutton.zip. 

    After you set the reg key to enable that button, you can then go to File, Office Account, and click the Office Insider button to switch between channels. I had to first switch to CC Preview and then back to Beta Channel. I think the OfficeC2RClient.exe settings were partially applied for Beta and why that extra step. After you use the button to choose CC Preview or Beta, then click File, Office Account, Update Options, Update Now to get it to pull down the Beta build.

    If you click File, Office Account, under About Outlook does it show you are on Beta channel? This page shows the latest versions on Beta channel, Update History for Office Beta Channel - Office release notes | Microsoft Docs.

    Just to make sure, click File, Office Account, Update Options, Update Now to make sure Outlook pulled down the latest build.

    Beta Channel as of 5/4/22:

    Version 2206 (Build 15227.20000)

    The first fix that will help with this issue just made it to the Beta channel in build 15219.10000+, Update History for Office Beta Channel - Office release notes | Microsoft Docs. If anyone has capability of putting Office on Beta Channel and test, please do and share any observations. I expect more fixes to follow.

    I put office in the beta channel per the latest instructions I could find. No updates found.

    I used:

    .\OfficeC2RClient.exe /changesetting Channel=BetaChannel

    .\OfficeC2RClient.exe /update user

    Update box said latest version is installed and I'm on 15128.20178

    This issue is now spreading to Excel. I had small bits (that looked like Outlook) overlaying on spreadsheets just now.
