Outlook displays scrambled text, screen all over the place

Hi,

I have a user who has been having an issue with opening Outlook. when opening outlook the entire display shows scrambled text and missing tabs, this occurs randomly and seems to not have a pattern. I can close and re open Outlook and the problem will go away. This is Outlook on Office 365, Version 2112(Build 14729.20260) I have been working with the user for almost a month and have tried applying Dell Command updates, changed screen resolutions, disabled add-ins, ran Office repair, uninstalled and re-installed office, applied latest Office and windows updates and the issue continues to resurface. I am not sure what to try at this point besides maybe wipe the computer or replace it (which are last ditch options. Anyways, below is some info on the version of Office and hardware specs, Please let me know. I attached screenshots and have whited out certain info for PII protection as well. Have a look, thanks.

    I'm going to take an educated guess and say that this is just another issue that Microsoft is going to ignore and let continue. Outlook is not usable with this bug. Clearly the developers at MS are more interested in moving buttons around and changing the GUI than actually fixing errors and issues that affect usability. The whole time that they are failing to resolve these types of issues with 2016 and O365, they are busy blocking your old versions that actually work correctly, such as 2010. Doing this on a "ohhh it's for your security" basis, which is complete horse ****. It's done to make MS more money.

    I've never seen such a dysfunctional company.

    Oh, and if you want to know how to go back to running Outlook 2010 on Exchange servers by defeating Microsoft's elementary level block, let me know. I'll be doing a YouTube video on that later today.

    I'm having the same issue too. Only happens maybe 2 or 3 times a week and I have to exit then reopen and everything is fine. Very frustrating though.

    Yes, having this issue constantly but not remoted in. The scrambling effect is exactly as depicted here. However, no such issue with Edge, or any of the other Office apps. It's happening really often. I can restart Outlook but it won't stay normal very long before gets scrambled again. System has mostly Office apps and browser running at the same time with no other questionable software. Several coworkers complaining about the same thing.

    I work in the PC industry so I keep my systems super clean and rebuild every 6 months from clean install, so the system is quite fresh.

    I am not using remote desktop to login. The app is NOT enabled.

    Wanted to add something else. It seems to be only users that are using remote desktop to login to their PC's. Anyone else seeing this?
