Outlook will not open Windows 10

I have had this problem for 2 days on my lap top. Outlook 365 will not open in start uninstalled it last night and reinstalled it with advice off someone it was ok last night then back to not opening any advice please?

My Outlook Windows 7 on my PC is fine

Can you not go in through your email provider, like yahoo or AT&T on the internet and read them there? That's what i did for the 2 weeks my outlook wouldn't open, i also get email on my smart phone so that's another option you could put email on your phone.

Microsoft Office 365 will not open. I cannot close the message I receive telling me to close the application. I have to completely close out of MicrosoftOffice365 to get back t use the computer for other items.
