Outlook will not open Windows 10

I have had this problem for 2 days on my lap top.  Outlook 365 will not open in start uninstalled it last night and reinstalled it with advice off someone it was ok last night then back to not opening any advice please?

My Outlook Windows 7 on my PC is fine

    Sorry I don`t understand much I am on Windows 10 but my Outlook and my Word etc is 365

    My nephew purchased me 365 though I am on Windows 10 because could not operate Outlook, Word etc

    I followed your instructions to Sue.  Here's a copy of my screen when i opened word because i am not getting any error message nor will it do either of the two steps you outlined.  Any help you can give will be greatly appreciated.

    I am sorry I am useless at trying to sort anything out without my nephew in France taking over my lap top and helping I would still be in the same place as you
