Outlook will not open Windows 10

I have had this problem for 2 days on my lap top.  Outlook 365 will not open in start uninstalled it last night and reinstalled it with advice off someone it was ok last night then back to not opening any advice please?

My Outlook Windows 7 on my PC is fine

    I am having the same problem. All of a sudden Outlook stopped working on my PC. I rebooted. Clicking on icon in system tray on programmes listing sees the "loading ring" appear and turn for a couple of seconds before nothing.

    I followed the advice about pressing Win and R, and entering either "Outlook.exe /resetnavpane" or "Outlook.exe /safe", but in both cases get an error mode telling me Windows cannot find the file and asking me to check the spelling.

    Please advise what I should do next.

    This happens to me on a regular basis. I open Task Manager, I then close MS Outlook task that is running. This then allows me to open Outlook again.

    That usually means you did not put a space between Outlook and /safe. If you leave out the space, Windows thinks its all one word and cannot find it. So:

    Outlook /safe

    Outlook /resetnavpane

    The answer for me was to simply update Office - open any application that will open, select "Account" and from that update, even though it was already tagged for automatic updates.
