How many people can meet in a Microsoft Teams video meeting? Is there a limit to internal and external guests?

If guests join on the web does this limit the number of external guests in a meeting?

    Hi,

    I'm trying to use Teams to create a meeting, with 70 participants, if i put everyone's email to "Add Required Attendees", will the participants see other people's email address? Can i make it bcc? Is that the only way they can receive the Teams link? Can i just copy the link once i've created the meeting and send the link by using bcc through Outlook email?

    Hello Winnie and good morning.

    If you have access to Outlook Calendar, you can use the Resources box, to type the name or email address of each person you want to receive a copy of the meeting, but not be listed as an attendee.

    If it is just Microsoft Teams, you can copy the link of the meeting and email it to them using Bcc.

    You can also, create a Live Event inside Teams and that will not display the attendees name.

    But isn't the maximum number of people in a video conference in Teams limited to 20?

    That is referring to the max in a 'Chat' meeting (the private chat area within Teams) - hope that makes sense.
