How many people can meet in a Microsoft Teams video meeting? Is there a limit to internal and external guests?

If guests join on the web does this limit the number of external guests in a meeting?

    How many people can take part in one Microsoft Teams FREE meeting. Will the limit still be 250?

    I kept getting a message that people were in the lobby after about 75 attendees.  I tried to admit them, but it kept buffering.

    Any thoughts on that?

    good day

    i am looking to host training and have over 1000 participants invited. will a calls meeting accommodate 500 to 1000 participants?

    and if not and I've already sent the invite with the meeting how do i change the link settings to accommodate over 500 participants that have received the invite?
